Another Iffy result
The statistics said...
We lost 1-0 to Neil Warnock's Sheffield United. The Blades' Onuora scored with a deflected effort in the 35th minute.
Our survey said...
Woody: An improved performance. In the second half we showed more fire and determination, and with more luck in front of goal we would have got the draw or win we deserved.
Hozzo: We're getting there, slowly. I'm just wondering when the ITV Digital excuses will come out again, as most teams in our division (with a few exceptions) are in the same position. I'd rather that particular excuse was aired now, rather than at the end of the season when we're doomed! I'm also looking forward to the closure of the transfer window, as then no-one will be able to buy any new players. I hope we're about to turn the corner.
Pauline: We played quite well, and were unlucky not to get something out of the game. The performance of McGregor was a plus. I'm not too worried at the moment, but at the back of my mind there's always the thought that good teams play badly and still win, but poor teams play well and still lose.
