Clarets in Europe... and all over the world

Burnley FC were the first Lancashire town side to play in Europe. Thirty-odd years before a certain other team embarrassed the nation, we were there - and we gave a decent account of ourselves, too. Both our European excursions are described in magnificent detail here, along with one or two other oddities. Any more stories about seeing the Clarets in weird and wonderful places are always welcome.
